Default Dipstick tube oil leak

So my dipstick tube isn't seating in the timing cover notch like its supposed I'll fix that with a zip tie main issue is its causing a oil leak where the tube goes through the block and oil pan is there a o ring for that? I was thinking of using that JB weld putty around the top of it at the block
