Default Dropping a d16y7

Hey HCF, I've got a 97 DX and currently the timing belt tensioner bolt sheared off inside of the block. Long story short, I have to drill the hole out and put in a new bolt with a heli coil and I should be good to go.

All it seems we have to do is lower the drivers side of the engine about 6-7 inches to get a clear shot with the drill, and I was wondering how that would need to be accomplished. I already know the axles are in the way but i just need to know what the best way to go about this is.

And I apologize if this isn't the right section or has been asked before, I did a search and didn't turn up what I needed. Thanks!
