Default Gas Smell? Need Help

I have a 95 Honda Civic and have only had it for a month. I have had a couple of things fixed but i am starting to smell gas when i drive. Through the air vents and a lot under the hood. Can anyone tell me what could be wrong. Any help is much appreciated.

what kind of gas mileage do you get if its lower then everyone elses around here then you migt be running rich or leaking fuel did you reconnect all your sensor when you put the ebay filter on, and did you reset the ecu after the installation, also are your manifold pressure vacuum lines connected, they were in the stock air hose.
