A few days ago I was sitting at a stop sign and all of a sudden my check engine light came on and my D4 light starting blinking. I wasn't sure what happened so I decided to go back home, but when I went to take off my car wouldn't drive forward any faster than 1-3 MPH in all D gears, but my reverse worked fine. I turned the car off and restarted it. The check engine light was still on, but the blinking D4 was gone and I was able to drive normally in all D gears. Also, during all of this my "maintenance required" notification stayed green. I've driven it a few times the past few days no more than a few miles at a time and it seems to be driving normally. I did a little reading and from what I saw it seems to be a speed sensor, but I'm no mechanic, so I can't be sure. PLEASE HELP!! 2000 Civic EX, around 150,000 miles. it was inspected last in Aug/14 and isn't due until Aug/15.
