Default help needed - '96 power steering

hi!
I am working on a '96 Civic with power steering. The metal lines that attach to the power cylinder on the steering rack are rotted out and need replacing.

I am stuck on how to remove these pieces. Has anyone done this who can offer suggestions?

(the car is in New England - we are really good at rust here!)

Thank you for your time!

John

Metric flare-nut wrench. If these lines are the internal connection from the valve to the cylinder (not the ones to the car), I think buying a rebuilt rack gets you those lines.

You can also cap off the lines at the rack, remove the pump, and drive without power steering.

that part is fine but it appears you have to remove the steering rack to even get at the ends of those lines. If that is correct, what does it
take to get the rack out??

Have read the Honda manual but am not coming away clear on what is needed here.

thanks!
