Default Loose wire at fuse box

The wire in the under hood fuse box which goes to the starter has come away from whatever it was attached to on my '91 Civic wagon. Neither Chilton nor Haynes manuals tell an ignoramus like me where it. Ties into the starter system so the starter circuit will close. If you could help me, I'd appreciate it.

Could you post a picture? There are two big white wires that go to screw terminals in the under hood fuse box. One goes to the battery and one to the alternator. If the one from the battery came loose, there will be no power to anything in the car.

There should also be a big wire directly from battery + to the starter. There aren't any starter related wires in the underhood fuse box.

The small wire from the starter goes through the harness back to the clutch relay (if it's manual car) or the neutral switch (automatic), and from there to the ignition key switch.

Default Here's the wire

Here is the wire. It runs underneath the air intake tube and is connected to the fuse box at the shiny screw beside the intake. It may connect to the positive battery terminal, but I don't know and want to be sure before I do anything with it.

Yes, connect that one to the + battery terminal, not the fuse box.

You should have that wire to the starter, the white wire to the fuse box, and two small wires (with fuses) for the power shoulder seat belts (if equipped) all on the + battery terminal.

Thanks! I thought it might but wanted to be sure. I wondered what those two fuses went to. This is an auto parts store connection replacing the worn out Honda one. I had to jury rig a connection for the small fuse box using scrap brass sheet. I did this several years ago for my daughter and had forgotten that I had needed to tie in the starter wire.
