I swap the harness in my 92 civic hatchback and the car only crank but won't start the only way I can start the car if I put a wire from the battery to the starter but have a misfire and the motor was running good before I change the harness

I would go back, unplug everything, and make sure it is hooked up right. Why did you swap the harness? Are you sure its the correct one?

Pretty common to swap the plugs for the TPS and MAP (if throttle body mounted), they have the same 3 pin plug and unlike American cars, are not designed to be "idiot proof". Same thing for the IACV vs IAT vs canister purge, all the same 2 wire plug. Any of these mistakes will make the engine run poorly if at all.

Starter not turning at all when you turn the key is a different problem though. That is pretty cut and dried, only two wires involved, maybe the plug on the small wire is not making contact with the terminal on the solenoid?
