Default No Heater Blower

Hi my first post.....
Hello Everybody!!!!!
I've got problems with the missus 53 Honda Civic Sport 1.6 VTec.
The Heater Blower has packed in, I've checked the air condition fuse and the LAF fan fuse, all ok.
Any ideas?

There should be specific fuse for the blower motor.

Checked the Heater Motor fuse (40A under the bonnet) thats ok.

Still no blower also the A/C button keeps illuminating by itself.

Any ideas?

Supply battery power directly to the motor. If it runs, then you likely have a bad motor relay or fan switch.

When the A/C button illuminates, is the A/C compressor activated? If not, then the button switch that turns the light ON is faulty. Can you remove the button in an attempt to identify the lighting problem?

Thanks for the advice I'll try supplyingpower direct to the blower.

The A/C switch has the illumination built into the switch. When I turn the ignition on the A/C is illuminated, I press it andthe illuminated switch goes out (the A/Cdoesnt work at the moment), much later the A/C will become illuminated again for no reason.

Is it a 93 Civic? I wasn't sure when I read your first post.

check the fuse under the dash, relays under the hood, and then the ground for the heater blower. Mine failed on my 99 and it ended up being the ground.
