Noise coming from rear of car
I have a Honda Civic 2007 and when I reach higher speeds like 50-70 mph I start to hear this somewhat loud almost like a helicopter blade spinning sound (sorry kinda hard to describe it). It sounds like it is coming from the right rear tire. I don't feel any vibration in the steering wheel and I have no lights on my dash. I did the tire test to see if it was a wheel barring issue, but none of the tires moved. So at this point I can't determine if its an issue with the tire or something else mechanical with the car. Any help is appreciated.

Switch the front and back wheels, that will tell you if you have a bad tire if the noise moves up front or the front end shakes. You can feel an out of balance or out of round tire much more easily when it is on the front.

mk378 makes a good point, rotate tires and see what happens.
A couple other things to check at the same time.
With the rear jacked up, spin the tire by hand, and try to feel any rough spots in the bearing. With the tire off the car, let out all the air, and see if the tire changes appearance
I had a tire that had broken steel belts inside, when inflated it looked normal,
but when you let the air out it was real obvious it was wavy looking.
