What relay did you replace again? The main relay? You replaced it with a used unit, or a brand new one?

If you're sure the main relay is good, it's probably the ECU. The ECU turns the fuel pump on and off through the main relay.

When you turn the key on but don't crank, the check engine light should come on for 2 seconds and then go out. If it stays on, that's a sign that either the main relay or ECU is not working. In case the light stays on, you can try leaving the key on for several minutes to see if it ever goes out. If the light goes out eventually and then you can start, it's almost certainly a bad ECU.

Also check the ECU ground wires (on the thermostat housing near the starter under the hood.)

I checked the grounding yesterday and I waited for 5 minutes then the pump kicked on and hasn't since yesterday. I also did a diagnostic and the cel didn't blink at all.

I would say replace the ECU, several people here have had them fail the same way. The bad ones took a long time to reset and "boot up" after the key is turned on, but then the car would start.
