Oil leak?

Oil leak?
Hey guys I've viewed the forum here for a while, just got around to making an account and hope to get active on here. I bought a 98 civic ex (ej8) with a d16y8 motor about a month ago with about 165k bone stock.
I noticed the oil was a little low when I got it so I topped it off and didn't check it until the other day, to my shock it was extremely low So I looked around and have managed to find the place it leaks? There's no oil spots in the driveway but it's clearly around the left side of the motor. It looks like it's coming from where the distributor meets the engine? Or it's the head gasket (really hoping this isn't the case). The engine doesn't over heat or even come close to it. Doesn't burn any oil that I can tell. Oil looks clean under cap. So here's some pictures, if anyone could tell me anything I'd greatly appreciate it!

The pictures are of the area near the VTEC solenoid. If the gasket is blown it could be leaking oil, but in a way that only happens when you drive hard enough to engage the VTEC. Then it can leak a lot, since the oil in the solenoid is under pressure.
