91 civic. Woke up this morning and started the car passenger side seat belt don't work. The power seat belt stayed open and flashing seatbelt light with beeping noise . Anything I can do or does anybody know what I need to do to fix it. Thanks

 

I check the fuse and all are good. Still puzzle. All of the sudden this happen. It got power but the temporary fix is i force the retactor back then unplug the fuse at the battery red cover, this cut off the power to the seat belt motor, so it wont slide forward.

But dash seat belt light and beeping still there. This is annoying for the whole freaking hour going to work stuck in traffic. I will check into it more this weekend.
