Honda says to use Honda genuine power steering fluid. That's no surprise, but in this case I believe them. Do a Google search and you will find reports of rack leakage and damaged seals with non-Honda PSF. Supposedly the Honda stuff has a different viscosity and some additives that protect the seals.
I usually flush the system with at least 1 qt, but close to 2 qt does a better job. If you look around you can find Honda PSF pretty cheap.
The fill lines are on the reservoir. Typically there is a max and min line for hot and cold temperatures of fluid, that is, 4 lines. Use the max cold or max hot to top it off.
