Question Repair cost question?????

I need to have my timing belt replaced on my 90 Honda Civic LX 1.5 with A/C, P/S.
So I called three different shops one in Nevada & two in Arizona. We live in Arizona but are in Nevada for another two months.
Here is what I want done:
new timing belt
new water pump
new tensioner,
Adj valves/ new gaskets.
Labor
The prices are all pretty close around $450 out the door.
Does this sound about right. I have to pay to have this done because I just can't do it. I'm too crippled up to even try it.
Thanks,

Take a look at the accessory belts too. You may want to put on a new alternator belt as a pre-emptive measure, since that is the one that can leave you stranded if it breaks.

Thanks for reminding me. I will have all three belts replaced since there should be no additional labor just belt prices.

Yes that is parts & labor. I was told the shop I chose would use a Gates Timing Belt set. That was the belt, & tensionor, & a new Water pump, check cam & crank seals, adjust valves & new gaskets.
I will add the three fan belt which will take up the price probably $50 or more.
