Help needed in changing Door Skin
I had an accident and the front passenger side door skin has a big dent; See pictures below; I have removed the door panel. How do I separate the external door skin from the door? Do I have to remove the door ? Should the window glass be fully inside the door? It is a 1998 Civic DX Automatic with manual door and windows. Thanks for the help

On that kind of dent, it's easier to just swap with a salvage door. When the car was new and more valuable, it was worth it to just swap the door skin. With its age, the cost and amount of work is not worth it.
If you don't want to swap, grab a hammer and some bondo. If you're set on replacing the skin, I think you have to go around the edges of the door I'm not sure how the actual skin is attached, except around the edges of the door.
