My girlfriend has a 2011 Honda Civic. Her check engine light came on about 2 days ago. Went to have it checked today at autozone and shebwas told she had to wait until it wasn't raining outside. On her way home the car started to idle very roughly anytime she stopped at a light or stop sign. The check engine light then started to flash and her car wouldn't go over 48mph. I plan on going to have the check engine light checked again but any ideas what could be causing this? A friend told me it may be misfiring. I just replaced the spark plugs and that didn't solve the issue. Any help is greatly appreciated.
