security/anti theft lights-'06 ex coupe

Have an '06 ex coupe. Know that the blinking light near fuel gauge is security system (activated when I lock car). What does "anti theft" light by radio do? It starts blinkng as soon as I turn off the ignition without me doing anything.

I believe that is also a security light (for the stereo receiver).
