SRS code flashes on my dash while my headlights pulsate rapidly

What causes your headlights and dash to pulsate rapidly?

If you have a 1996 to 2000 model, it's probably the well-known fuse 15 problem. The alternator is not providing steady voltage because the wires on the back of the engine have shorted out on the intake manifold bracket.
