Default Swap stalls at 3000 RPMS

I need help (Seriously, no dumb *** comments please)
I just swapped a B18B into a 99 EK Hatch... Car starts up kind of rough, but once started idles fine.. When I pull out the drive and hit the street the car acts up... I try getting the car up to 3000 RPMS and it starts to stall out..
When in the garage.. giving the car gas with the throttle and the engine stalls out.. WTF can this be??? I hear people talk about ignition coil.. I'll check that tomorrow.. HELP
New fuel pump, fuel filter, new spark plugs, I don't know what else it could be

Timing belt out of time. Check the marks. You can also remove spark plug and probe in cylinder 1 to make sure the piston really is at the top when you set the crank to the TDC mark, as the key may be missing, wrong pulley, etc. If you have aftermarket adjustable cam sprockets, set them to zero.

Then set the spark timing with a light, you must jump the ECU plug to put it in base timing mode. Proper timing should come in close to the center of the adjustment range.

A friend and I checked the timing last night and everything lined up.. We checked the spark off of each wire and everything was good.. I swapped out my friends alternator .. car still stalls when you give it gas
