Default symptoms of a bad water pump?

93 civic EX 1.6L 151K Auto trans AC

For the longest time, I have heard a noise coming from the alternator/timing belt side of the engine at idle. It may be present at higher RPM, but the noise of the reving engine is louder than the noise i'm having. Anyways, when it started, it would be almost a chirping noise (like a pulley and belt slipping) and it would be once every 5 or 6 seconds. Now, the noise is happening at a faster rate, like maybe a couple times per second for a few seconds, then it stops, then comes back at the same rate.

I am hearing this noise with the AC off, and with the interior fan off and with everything off that is possible, except the engine.

Could this be a bad alternator? The belt is tight and the alternator seems to work fine. If I splash through deep water, it will cause the lights to dim for a few seconds then it will kick back in.

And also I am NOT losing any antifreeze from anywhere. I replaced the timing belt a year ago, but did not replace the water pump while I was at it. If I have a bearing going out on a water pump, will the pulley thing wiggle? What the hell is this noise i'm hearing?

Remove the PS, A/C, and then the alternator belt to see if the noise goes away.

Yes.

Just do the simple test that Ron suggested to see if it's something external, or if it's under the timing belt cover. Remove all the external belts, start the engine, and see if the noise is still there.

Another thing, I only hear the noise when the engine is 100% warmed up.
