Default Trans fluid flush

I just got a trans fluid flush on my 2010 Civic and it cost $200. He said he used full synthetic fluid which Honda recommends. There is also a $27 part charge for BG TRANS FLUSH. What is that? The labour was $64, and the fluid (15qt) was 109.05 (7.27/qt). Was this a reasonable price?

I have read online that labour is more if they take off the base pan instead of using a flushing machine, and that taking off the pan is the better way to do it. I'm assuming for $64 that they took off the pan. Would you say this is right?

(The other charges were $30 for an oil change and $25 for a tire rotation.)

Thoughts are appreciated. Thanks.

The price of the fluid and the amount of fluid seems right. For an automatic. You need to specify what you have. Ask them what the BG TRANS FLUSH is. I don't see a problem with that question.
