Buy an easy out kit. They come with right hand drill bits and a extractor.

This is is the set i have. But you can go to sears and pick them up or autozone.

I don't remember how those are built, I think the bolt goes all the way through the rocker assembly into the head. In that case removing the rocker assembly may expose enough of the broken bolt to grab onto it. To remove the rockers take all the bolts out and lift it off as a unit. It will stay together in one piece as long as you don't pull on the ends.

Before working inside the valve cover, stop up the oil return holes with rags. Or you will drop something down there and it will land in the oil pan.

I did the same thing, i used a drill extractor to get it out, and it worked perfect. Does anyone know where i can get a replacement bolt?

Replacement SOHC valve cover bolts? I would just go to Honda and get them. If you are hurting for cash, try hondapartsdeals.com.
