lol. You're not going to "feel" it.
68mm TB does nothing for you. Stock intake manifold has a 56mm hole. You can put a 100mm TB on and it won't matter. If you installed an aftermarket intake manifold, your throttle reponse is going to take a ****.
Boost the motor, otr swap it if you want power. This is the 5th time I have said this in the past week or so, D series will not make much power with just bolt ons.

^^Found your problem... ...stock D16Z6. Bolt-ons do not have a great effect on that motor because Honda did there homework and made it pretty darn efficient from the get-go.
