I am new to the forum. I am not a tuner but a middle aged car guy. I am looking to purchase a 2002 Civic EX for my wife. We have never owned a honda before. My question: Did some of these cars come from the factory without the civic and ex emblems on the rear of the car? Or were the taken off. Not a big deal just wondering if it may have been hit in the rear and fixed. Thanks

 

No, they all shoudl have came with emblems.


But just to point out, when I bought my mutsu, I drove it home from the dealer and pulled all the emblems off it.


So that is a good sign of an accident but you should look into more, ie holes where dents were pulled and then filled with Bondo. Good Luck!!!
