1991 Civic LX?

I'm looking for a car four daughter. I found a 1991 civic that I will be looking at today. It has 220k miles, one owner, etc. Any specific questions I should ask the current owner?

that is a lot of miles..you are going to prob have to get a new motor if you get this car..i would look for a car a lil newer..but thats my opinion
