hey guys Im new i just bought a 2000 honda civic ex with 58k miles
im running the d16y8 single overheadcam v-tec automatic transmission...


Right now i got NGK spark plugs and MSD spark plug wires.
What do you guys recommend I change out right now before I have problems.
Stuff that honda civics are know for having trouble with.. Please fill me in..
I come from the mini-truck life. I use to drive a 97 Ford Ranger. Never Bagged Just lowered to hell.

heeey thats what my car looked like a year ago.... get some tinted windows on that peice.

 

i also got my civic at 58K miles and i havent had a problem with it yet..... i think im on like 75K now... to start with you could get Intake, headers and exhaust... or like you said, lower it... usually those are the first things people do

AWwwww, how cute!!!! Its a stock EX, in Milano red!!!! I used to had a stock one!!!!! Same color and everything!!!! I recomend getting rid of the factory radio and speakers, thats usually the first thing to give you problems!!!! Oh yeah, and get some sound proofing done!!!!, After 147K miles my suspension is starting to go softer,so maybe that next!!! Welcome to the forum!!!
