I usually prefer to lurk- but had to join this forum to say "thanks".

The deal is I bought a 2006 civic ex coupe in 2006- used with 16k on it.
I'm not a big Honda fan (no opinion for or against) but I thought the car was priced very low- motivated seller.

The car has disappointed me more and more over the last few years and I was determined to get rid of it, but after reading the info here I think I'll keep it and try to change the things I don't like. No real problems. Little stuff.
CD player replaced under warranty- sun visor replaced under warranty.
Now that the warranty is gone the other visor is falling apart.

The car is noisy and rides rough, but from the info I've seen a tires and strut/control arm issues are responsible for the rough ride, vibration, and squeaks/rattles.

Any suggestions on which tires are best for a comfy ride? I'm an old fart- more interested in cush than push!
