I got a 94 honda civic EX the problem started with fuel problems the relay wasnt sending the signal to the pump so i crossed the wires with a switch so i can manuall turn on the fuel pump now im not getting any spark any advice would help thanks

 

well, start off by fixing the relay problem the right way... get a new relay. remove the switch and put it back to stock configuration. then see if you still have problems.

 

i tried that its not getting any spark i have a problem with the input signal the ecm isnt sending properly is my assumption does anyone no what the input voltage is supposed to be
