RE: Advice
Are you seeking counsel on how to finance your first car?
I can tell you that you're not gonna get anywhere with 20 dollars bi-weekly. If you want it REALLY badly, get a job and work as many hours as you can.
Don't hate me on what I'm about to say next, but I think 14 is a little too young to get a car. I mean, you'll surely make much more money working when you're 18-19. If you really like cars, start by absorbing as much knowledge as you can and then, by the time you have enough to buy a car, you'll know what you're looking for.
Best of luck,

I'm 17 and I'm working hard to save up to hopefully buy either an EG hatch or an EK coupe as a project car next year.
Patience is a virtue. By the time you accumulate enough money, you'll know that it's a well-thought decision to place so much money on a car (who knows, maybe by then you'd rather buy a new computer or something).
Also, it feels so much better when you know you earned it. Because then you'll baby it like a newborn child.
What brought me to this forum is that my mom bought a 92 Civic HB. I often call it mine, though I shouldn't, because I drive it ten times more than her. But I can't wait for that day when I'll drive home in MY OWN standard hatch for the first time, and I won't even be able to sleep because of all the mods I'll start planning.
So, to answer your question, yes, just wait a little longer and meanwhile, learn on this forum through other people's successes and mistakes.
Welcome.
