Another New Guy Here.
Hey everyone.
I just purchased a '95 Honda Civic EX Coupe.
It's teal, automatic, and has a little over 154k.
It was $2750.
It has a lot of new parts like timing belt, water pump, new motor has 3k miles on it.
and it's had some other work done.
The only thing that is left is the muffler.
It has a couple holes in it.
How much do you think that will run me?
I'll definitely call around also.
Any other comments or suggestions would be great.
This is my first honda/foreign car so I'm really excited about that.

Welcome to the wonderful world of civics! First off, are you going for performance when you replace the muffler, or just replacing stock stuff? What is your overall goal for the car, knowing that will help us help you. Good luck!

I'm not going for performance, I just want the muffler to be replaced back to stock.
As of right now, my budget is extremely tight.
There are many things I'd like to do, but I wont have the money to do it until next summer..
I never planned on getting another car, but I had to sell my previous car because some faulty mechanic caused $2000 worth of damage to my car.
Therefore, I had to sell it..
I've always liked the styling of the 92-95 civics, so I figured I'd look around and see what kind of deal I could get.
I saw this car in the paper on Saturday and I put a down payment on it..
and I'm picking it up in a couple hours.
So, with that said, right now I'm just looking for reliability.
The performance aspect will come later.
I'll be sure to post pictures after I pick up the car too.
