Im typing from the sunny UK

I have been looking for a good civic forum to join, and this one looks excellent!

In the next week or so i will be a full member of the Honda owners club

Alway wanted a japanese car, and have always had my eye one a Civic as they look great!

So i've gone out put a deposit on a

Honda Civic VI-RS 1.5i Ferio

Its got a slight scuff on the rear bumper, where abit of paint is missing
A little dink on the passenger side door
And one of the fog lights silver housing thing is missing

But apart from that its beautiful!

Will post pics once i have it!!!!

(and sorry for my english - for using different terms & phrases)

One question - does anyone know how easy to find parts for this car, it was built in 2000.
Is it mechanically smiliar to any other civics?

dont know about the mechanics on it..but u came to the right place...this is the best forum on the net... and we have lots of guys from the uk...but get pics!!!

welcome to the forum!..what kind of parts are you looking for? performance?..just go to your local performance shop and see what they got, or search the net..its a civic, im sure there will be alot

The exterior im not too worried about as im going it to keep it to original, but just worried if anything goes wrong mechanically it might cost me a fortune in trying to import in parts.

I dont know if i should have haggled harder they guy was advertising it for
£2,600, and i only managed to knock off £200 off his asking price & i travelled 140 miles to see the car - i was pretty tired.

Like i said there seems to bits and bobs fixing, just found out that the boot lid dont stay open!

Its V Reg and its done 39k miles

Do u think i got ripped off?, i liked the look of the car

Just check the VIN, its got some japanese but noticed 4WD on it.

Also i have found out the engine its a 3-Stage D15B Vtec (it looks like the one in the link below, half way down the page)

Took it for a spin today after getting it taxed, and i got to say i love it!!

Engine is so quiet, i thought i stalled it!
