I want to replace my stock pulleys with After market.

Can any1 suggest any good brand of pulley for B16a DOHC 16V VTEC

Are HONDA Del SOL and Civic ENGINE PARTS the same????

the AEM Pulley Kit, is for the Power Steering and the Alternator Pulley... BUt have you heard about UNORHTODOX pulleys.. They have this SS Puley Kit which includes - Power Steering Pulley, Alternator Pulley and Crank Pulley...

Now I didnt get you when you said that Engine parts are same if the Motor is the same...

I am confused, see I have 98 Honda civic import engine.. it is a B16a 1.6L DOHC 16V VTEC...

Now the confusing part is that AEM nor UNORTHODOX have the pulleys for this engine and year 1998... They have it for the DEL SOL b16a 1.6L DOHC 16V Vtec.... Now is this the same for my engine???

 

I need more info. Is the engine you have in your 98 Civic the stock B16A or did you or someone else swap it in?

 

All i know this is a import from bangkok, B16a DOHC Vtec 16V 170 BHP....

so ne help on as to what I shud do? Do you think that these Pulleys actually make a difference?

 

Okay this is wat I have

'96-'00 SiR II Japan B16A 168hp@7800RPM 116lb-ft@7300RPM DOHC VTEC 16v

 

yes its the same as the dohc in the del sol, but stay away from the crank pulley. they dont have a dampener in them like a stock one and can cause damage to your motor, thats why AEM doesnt offer one.
