this civic i am looking to buy used is in need for a new front bumper. rather than paying the dealership 600 dollars to replace it, later on when i put a body kit on it, will i be changing the same part?

i need help and advice.

well then no I dont think so but do not quote me on it at all.

 

yeah if you buy a bodykit it replaces the bumper, but if you buy a lip for the bumper, you can keep the bumper. (lip is a little extension that goes under the bumper)

 

If you want to keep the JDM look get a new stock bumper and put a lip on but if you're set on a body kit dont waste the money on a bumper, order the kit and have it installed and painted. In other words YES you would be replacing the bumper with a body kit
