Creating a Photo Gallery

I just tried to make a photo album, but in the 3rd or 4th step in the instructions it says to click on "Add Album" but that option is not there. Anyone know what that is about?

Um i dont know what for sure your asking..but it should say add photo at the top...hope it helps....
