Default dashboard meter (tachometer) problem

Hey I am having a problem in my honda civic type r fd2 JDM version of 2007. My dashboard meter flickers and goes dead only some signals are shown like airbag handbrake and engine. At the sametime the ac compressor doesnt works. Sometimes if I unplug the battery cable for 2-6 hours the dashboard merer woerks for a while and again goes dad. I have checked all the fuses everything is ok. There is a error showing UO155. I hqve changed the battery also added extra ground cables but nothing changed. I will be very much grtaeful if anyone can give me the solution as 8t is a big community. Thanks in advance. Hope to hear from someone soon.
