From what I see just the intake. I am not sure if the headers have been changed or not.

Those headers look aftermarket.. .I also saw an exhaust kit in the autotrader pic. You shoud go for the look like 98 ej8's car... since the car is dark, keep the nice rims it comes with, get rid of those smoked tail lights and get some matching chrome euro-ish tail lights off ebay for like 20 bucks to lighten it up... And those headlights look like projectors so drop some cash and put some white HIDs in em. I personally think civics look good with the factory spoilers. For the dash get race-looking white ones that just go over the stock ones and light up cool. And finally put like a 35% tint on the front windows and 20 on everything else in the back. 35% seems to be closest allowable amount in all states, but I am not sure. And for the parking lights you should find some that still glow amber but when unlit look iradescent... clic and ej8 have really good looking civcs so kinda see what they got and just tweak yours different. Definetly get the carfax! Find out how many owners it's had, crashes, oil changes... everything. And drive it! Also, get a new filter for that intake, it looks like an ebay special so buy a new one from AEM or Injen or wherever.

if the car checks out ok with the 25 dollar carfax report which is totaly worth it, thats an awsome deal for a 98 in my book,,, love the green, if it feels and drives good to you i would go for it

My 99 EX is (just looked up the paint code cuz i'm at work and can't post pics) Clover Green Pearl Metallic Clearcoat and i think mines gonna look awesome with a CF hood, black wheels with a chrome lip, lowered just a little bit with dark tint and a type-r grill. And if thats not enough i'll add a type-r, front and back, lip and i've been thinking about a front license plate relocation.

Anyways got off topic ... Green Civics are definetly popular!

I saw a 2000 civic coupe with a candy apple green on it and it looked really sharp.
