Default Hello all

Whats up guys, I am buying my first honda civic on friday, it's a 97 lx 4dr, almost completely stock.

In the last year I've gone from an 03 focus zx3, to a suzuki gs500 and now I hope to pick up this civic, so naturally I had to find a good forum to join and this one looked pretty good, seems like an active group and lots of good info.

Anyway, not sure if I want to do any engine mods(simota has some really interesting products though), I dont plan on any power adders so really the rest are just noise adders. I am interested in upgrading the suspension, audio, rims/tires, brakes, and some cosmetics though.

Ill post pictures if everything goes well on friday.

looks good man. I recommend you get some nice coilovers, 16" wheels, lip kit, type-r grill and call it day. It will look really good. Also i would paint the door handles, mirrors, and side moldings silver to match the car.

Exactly what I was thinking, maybe add an oem style spoiler too. Then interior short shifter, shift boot, ebrake boot, and some other misc stuff. I want to keep all the resale value I can, while increasing my comfort and enjoyment of the car while I drive to work everyday which is what it will be used for.

So all show no go, yeah kind of. I want lots of comfort, lots of sound and lots of miles per gallon!
