hello hello...

hello, i recently bent a rod in my d16z6. my mechanic quoted a 2000 y8 motor with 60k for $1500 after labor. Is it worth spending the money to drop this in or should i save for a swap? this is my main mode of trans. so i am pressed for time. please help if anyone has any suggestions. thanx by the way, i have a 93 si, mildly modified.(intake,header, exhaust, chipped ecu)
