Default Hey everyone

Hey everyone. I just got a 2001 Honda Civic Ex 2 door coupe a few months ago when I upgraded from a 1991 camry. Its nothing special but I have an AEM v2 intake on it with a throttle body spacer. So far it has worked out great for me as a commuter car (gets 36+ mpg woot!). I thought id join some forums to start talking about civics in general becasue im quickly getting really into them haha. Well, this weekend im putting on an Apexi N1 catback exhaust. Ill post some pictures when im done.

Run an AEM v2 intake with a skunk2 header and catback. They were designed to operate together and boost a 92-95 civic 32 hp. was tested in Project magazine on dynos.

Well, I forgot the camera soo heres a ****ty camera phone pic of the backside.

I realized my intake was sticking out too high and too far out because of the throttle body spacer. We had to cut out the front about 3/4" and the back end 1/4" inch to make clearance. All in all it was a pretty good day.

Definately. Next up is my suspension. Im gonna get some Tokico Blues and Skunk 2 coilovers from my friend for $350 (he paid like $700). Also im going to replace the rubber swing arm bushings with polyurethane bushings. Then ill work on getting my tint and rims set up. Then after that some headers. After that I might look into replacing my gagues from the red to blue to match my cd player.. damn I could go on all day hehe. Right now I have about a grand worth or parts on my car for $600.. so im doing pretty good.
