hey what's up guys my name is kyle just bought a 93 civic (the one in my avy) just got a few questions i bought it for 1800 i love it but just a few concerns

1. the car was stolen before and they had to fix everything with the car that was messed up in the process and more (timing belt all filters fluids changed etc etc but i don't have a key for the doors and since i don't have a key for the door my driver side has to stay unlocked what are my options lock smith for the door key or something

2. my power windows work but not the power locks i don't know if that's a major issue my friend says it is a easy fix but i'm not sure

3. wanted to paint it a different color not a fan of the green lol put tints on it with some rims, i want an exhaust tip but which kind should i get?
