i'm new to the forum, i'm also new to cars and i know nothing.
I bought my 94 Honda Bali in april before that i kinda owned a 92 civic Lsi 1.6,(i was gonna buy it and i had it 4 a week b4 ii realised it was ****t)basically that car made fall in love with Hondas, more specifically civics.

Anyway recently i crashed my Bali but it was all body damage, but i have replaced those parts, but i have a few questions
my cars red and some of the parts are a darker red, is it worth me trying to respraying the parts myself?

If i buy an induction kit do i have to replace the whole kit? (like i have to replace my air filters every so often)

My car is very basic right now, it has rims and i have customised the inside, but i want to improve the performance where should i start?

Is it worth tinting my windows myself?

This may be a real dumb question, but what are plugs?

unless your a trained professional, get someone else to do it. like a reputable shop

 

get the windows tinted by a shop, for perforamcen get a new intake header and catback exhaust, and as far as the parts go, depends on what ur painting

 

the parts in question are my bumper, bonnet(hood), front right wing.

oh i'd definately bring those to a shop then. Unless you have a spray gun and stuff

and the reason you should get it tinted by a shop is becasue you can usually get a warranty, so if the tint fades they'll re-do it for free.
