the best way is to use the "Posts Since Last Visit" link off to the right, right under the ad banner on the top, and right over the ad banner along that side. other than that, go to the home page, and search around.

Honestly right now I just member search my name and look at the last thing that I posted on. NO I don't have an mx6 I have a Z24 Cavalier and an 88' civic I'm currently looking at investing in a brand new car. The mx6 in my user name was my boyfriends car but we have recently broke up so I'm looking to meet new people and get involved in the things that interest me. I dunno' if you know anythinga bout Cavaliers but I have a tough decision to make. this friend of mine wants to put turbos on it nad she is a pretty car but automatic so it will defin' sound cooler but I would hate to see what it does to the gages. Should I leave it as it is or do I cave and hook up the turbo??

What generation is the cavalier? I know a few turboed Z24's, but I've never seen an auto one and there just might be a good reason for it. If yours is 95-02 than I would think about getting a 5-speed tranny first...they are VERY cheap and than turbo it.

Don't bother turboing the '89...it won't survive

LMAO it's a new engine. Why wouldn't it survive. It's a 2.8 litre and has mean pick up and no governor at least I don't think it does[:-]

Don't get me wrong, but the 2.8L V-6 is not a turbo friendly engine. Plus you have an auto transmission... One of them is gonna go hella fast...

Actually turbo is better on an automatic transmission because it doesn't release as much boost pressure as when the clutch is disabled on a manual transmission. With my engine I could easily lower the compression with a head gasket and I wanted to put on two K03 k04 hybrid turbos.[:'(]
