I can only do 115

I own a 97 Civic HB DX and I can only do 115mph. I wanted to know if anyone could help me past that point. It's 130 on my dash but I'm stuck. Please help me get out of this hold.

you have no reaon to go that fast, and i will not condone helping someone reaching those speeds..
