why wouldn't they make parts for a 2000? the d16y7 has a WHOLE lot more parts than an 01-05's d17a1 or a2....

RE: i got a hard decision to make..
sup you guys. so decided which car to buy.. i bought the civic!
im super happy with it. it cost me 6g's compared to the 12g's i woulda spent if i had bought the new sentra.
the civic is in perfect condition! i was so happy to see.
my biggest question was what kind of shape would the engine be in?..
the engine looks great!
now i just gotta learn how to drive it! (its a stick)
heres a lil pic of it. (the pic from the ad)

Id go for the honda. 4 doors arent that bad. Just get a little tint, some wheels and youve got a sleek looking car. Nissan Sentras are too long looking for my taste. The honda is better for you because its easier to work on, and will last longer. You could do a Mini Me head swap and get dat Vtec Yo.

Yea. Check out my photo album, I had a 4 door. I had it looking good when it was in between wrecks.

Congrats on the civic. Whats wrong with a 4 door? I'm sure you'll get the hang of the stick shift. I can say from 25 years of stick experience that after a few months you'll be glad you did it. It is alot more fun to drive.
