So, do you plan on staying NA? With the correct combination and a good tune i think you could get the extra 30 or so hp you are lookin for. but done ask be what the correct combination might be. that part will mainly be luck. you are tunning at 170hp stock, correct?

I plan on staying NA for now, since i have D15b7 engine and Im on like 102hp according to this site. but to reach that goal of 200, I might do a swap, but for now I am trying to get some NA mods on the car to go a bit faster. I already have a K&N intake, and the guy I bought it from took out the CAT. so i might at this point have like 110hp?

I have a 95 DX hatch...and have I/H/E with stock cat in place.
Better milage if you keep your foot out of it, RPMs stay up during shifts, Acceleration 40MPH and up happens much faster, more guts when going up hills or passing. I think I/H/E without cat in your case could easily see you +110 HP. If you want to see 200 you will most likely have to turbo or charge the engine and consider a shot of juice. Might be easier to start with a slightly better engine. Even a JDM D15B would be a better starting point.

About keeping my foot of the gas, when i drive hard i notice a good 90mpg diff from when I go easy.. is that normal? or is that because of an o2 sensor not being in the cat or something thats making my car really rich??

good 90mpg diff
HUH??? if you get 90MPG worse you must have a great average when you drive slow...LOL
Yes heavy foot = worse gas mileage. This is normal.
