Default I have a newb Q

I can't get an avatar uploaded!!! I'm getting angry, I;ve tried everything 50X60 pixel, doesn't work Too big. Can somebody tell me how to do it? I've seen flirkan's and mines smaller than that

I do my avatars in Microsoft Paint and I strech/screw it by 10 times 3 i think it is in the image or tools at the top of the paint screen.Or pm it to me or email and I will do it.

i know what the problem is socal.rider the avatar has to be 145by 145 and less than 25 kb's and it has to be a jpg,or a gif

If u were serious, I know the specs...and I've tried everything possible to make it under 25kb, but I can't get it to work...

how did u do it?
