RE: i new to the site and 2 quick questions
Alright....Guesstimating on numbers here....but assuming it's like the 96 (it should be) there are 2 screws for the bezel piece inside above (you'll prolly want a stubby phillips for these for space). After removing these, you can just pop out the bezel. Then there are two screws above and two screws below the gauge cluster. Once these are out, you can slide the whole cluster out. Unclip the wires in the back (there should be 3 plug-type connectors, plus I think only 3 bulbs with wires connected to them, two on the top part of the backside of the cluster and one in the middlesection. Once the cluster is out and in your lap, you can just unclip the clear cluster cover and plastic gauge cover. Then you just remove the little screws for each gauge face and carefully insert the new faces over the old ones (be careful not to break or bend the needles). Installation is the reverse of removal. God I hope I didn't miss anything!

Don't listen to him dave. It is a little bit of a challenge for even a beginner, but it doesn't involve anything that you can't describe through text. The hardest part is going to be finding the headlight switch wire or the wires from the bulbs supplying the backlighting for the original gauges. All you would have to do is splice into either of those. Or you could hardwire them to a switch like me, but that was my own preference and there's no reason to really do that. Few different options here.
