You know you drive around and anyone and everyone can see your plate.
I also used to keep mine registered at a different addy then I lived until my car got stolen and my insurance said they wouldnt cover it. They showed me several laws about them fully 100% leagally being able to not cover 1 cent of my car even though insurance was fully up to date. There are several laws in place on the time you have to switch your insurance to your new addy once you move. Luckily I talked and pleaded with insurance to get them to cover the car and now they are very stirct on where I live. If either of my cars was gone now I would get nothing if the registration was wrong.
