How much money are you willing to spend?
How much HP are you wanting to gain?

I'd do exhaust and intake for starters, help the engine breathe better and give you a few more horses, then a header if you had the cash. Exhaust can be found at a number of places, Midas where I live does good work for cheap, and as for a cold air intake or short ram intake (i'd go with cold air) you can get that off of ebay pretty cheap. if you plan on starting with bolt one's (which most people do) and you want to turbo it in the future don't bother with headers cause you can't use em

Think of what you want the car to look like or what kind of long term performance or just check out some rides on the information super highway and read mags and books.

Hey Ben. I was thinking cool air and exhaust also. But don't really know what brands are good and stuff. Any ideas?

I have magnaflow on my si, the intake is up to you. Most people find that the piping is all the same, the filter is what matters. So if you were to get the intake off of ebay, and it was a cheap set, just get a k&n filter to go along with it.....thats what i'd do anyway.
