How strict are the cops in FL and do you have to do emissions testing...
If the cops don't really crack down on modifications like I know they do in CA and some other unfortunate states, and you don't have to undergo routine emissions tests, I recommend putting in a testpipe/resonator. I know its not eco-friendly, but neither is a Hummer and thats a whole 'nother post. Megan Racing makes a nice stainless steel testpipe to match the EvoII. If you wanna see what it looks like, PM me and I'll drop some pics on ya.

You can either do a test pipe/resonator, high-flow cat, hollow out the normal cat, or just leave it the way it is. I think most people here would say do the high flow cat or testpipe/resonator. Keep in mind changing the cat won't affect the performance/sound of the car nearly as much as either the header of cat-back did, but it might add a few hp (2-3).
